David has been in ministry in one way or another since 1982. He found Sunnyslope Mennonite as his wife and he were looking for a Phoenix church. They stopped in just to see what a Mennonite church looked like, and never left.
In the past David has served as chairman of the leadership team but stepped away from that to be our interim minister through the end of June. He has been the music director for the church since 2017. While he doesn’t have a favorite verse – there are way too many – he does has a favorite saying: God is good.
